To access the full features of jlievo, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jlievo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Deposits are generally credited to your jlievo account instantly for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlievo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jlievo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlievo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlievo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jlievo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jlievo reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, jlievo may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination not for cause, jlievo will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.
You may close your jlievo account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlievo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlievo's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlievo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
jlievo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlievo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the jlievo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
